Guideline

1. Please fill out the booking form through the Yoonlorful Snap KakaoTalk channel. If you don’t use KakaoTalk, you can also contact me via Instagram DM or email, and you can find the booking form below. After we confirm the date and time, I will share the payment details, such as Venmo or Zelle. Full payment is required in advance to secure your session. Please refer to the refund policy below for more information.
2. Once your payment is confirmed, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to better understand your preferences and vision for the session. It’s a fun and thoughtful way to share your stories, ideas, and personal style with me before the shoot. Feel free to fill it out with excitement — I’ll be looking forward to your answers just as much as you’re looking forward to the session!
3. On the day of the shoot, I’d love to meet about 15 minutes early so we can get to know each other a bit before we start. I believe that the more we communicate, the more your personality and story can shine through the photos. So feel free to share as much as you'd like — I’m here to listen and observe with an open heart. If anything changes on the day, we may move straight into the session as needed.
4. During the shoot, all you need to do is have fun and enjoy the moment! Think of it as taking a light walk with me — like we're just spending time together while I quietly capture your everyday beauty. Feel free to move however you like, and I’ll gently guide you along the way when needed. Leave your worries behind, and let’s make it a joyful little outing, full of smiles and ease.
5. You’ll receive the original (lightly tone edited) photos within 7 days after the session. Take your time to look through them and relive the memories — then choose the moments where you see a version of yourself or your loved ones that you cherish. Once you send me your favorites, I’ll blend your perspective with mine to create the final edited images just for you. (Wedding day photos will be delivered within 15 days.)
6. The professionally edited photos will be delivered within 30 days from the date you send me your selections. For Engagement snaps, the editing process may take up to 100 days. As someone with a background in design, I approach editing with great care — but I believe in enhancing, not hiding, your natural beauty. I keep the edits subtle and true to you.
7. If you have any retouching requests after receiving the edited photos, please contact me within 7 days of the delivery date. I’ll be happy to make one round of revisions within the scope of my editing style. For this reason, I recommend sending all your requests at once. Please note that color tones are part of my signature style and cannot be changed. However, if you have any specific concerns about facial or body retouching, feel free to let me know — I’m here to help!

I’ve shared a brief overview of the booking and session process. Below, you’ll find more detailed information about how to book and the refund policy. Please read through it carefully — I recommend reviewing everything before officially starting the booking process with me.

안내사항

1. 윤러풀 스냅 카카오톡 채널을 통해 예약 양식을 작성해 주세요. 날짜 및 시간대 등 상담 후에 입금하실 Venmo 또는 Zelle을 안내해 드리겠습니다. 입금은 전액 선입금으로 진행됩니다. 환불 규정은 아래에 적어 놓았으니 참고 부탁드립니다.
2. 입금 확인 후에는 고객님들의 취향과 방향성을 미리 알아보기 위해 질문지를 전달해 드릴 예정입니다. 촬영에 저와 함께 녹이고 싶은 이야기들이나 고객님들의 취향을 알아보기 위한 질문지이니 촬영 전에 설레는 마음을 담아 작성해 주시면 저도 함께 기대하며 기다리겠습니다.
3. 촬영 당일에는 촬영 시간 기준 미리 15~30분 정도 일찍 만나 서로에 대해 알아가는 시간을 가지고 싶습니다. (웨딩 스냅은 사전 미팅 날짜를 따로 잡을 예정입니다.) 많은 소통이 있을수록 고객님들의 색깔을 더 담아낼 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다. 많이 이야기해 주세요. 저는 듣고 볼 준비가 되어 있습니다. 그날에 변수가 생긴다면 바로 촬영 과정으로 들어갈 수도 있습니다.
4. 촬영 동안에는 재미있게 즐기실 생각만 하시면 됩니다! 여러분들의 자연스러운 일상을 기록하는 느낌으로 잠시 저와 산책을 나갔다고 편하게 생각하시면서 원하는 걸음을 걸으시면 돼요. 저는 그저 주변에 서서 여러분들의 아름다운 모습들을 제 색깔 안으로 초대하고 싶습니다. 디렉팅도 물론 해드립니다. 걱정은 집에 내려두고 룰루랄라 즐겁게 외출하세요.
5. 촬영일 기준으로 원본은 7일 이내에 전달됩니다. 원본을 받아보시고 그날의 추억을 회상하시면서 몰랐던 예쁜 모습들이나 사랑하는 나의 모습 또는 우리의 모습을 셀렉해 저에게 보내주세요. 여러분들의 시선과 저의 시선을 합쳐 보정본을 보내드리겠습니다. (웨딩데이 스냅은 15일 안에 전달됩니다.)
6. 보정본은 셀렉일로부터 30일 이내에 보내드리겠습니다. 웨딩스냅 보정본은 100일 이내에 전달드립니다. 디자인 전공을 한 저로서는 보정에 신중하게 임하지만, 본래의 아름다움을 가리는 과도한 보정은 하지 않습니다. (웨딩데이 스냅은 100일 이내로 전달드립니다.)
7. 보정본을 받아보신 후에 수정 요청사항이 있을 경우에는 보정본을 보내드린 날짜로부터 7일 이내로 연락해 주세요. 저의 보정 추구 범위 내에서 다시 한 번 보정해서 보내드릴게요. 보정 추가는 1회 가능하기 때문에 한 번에 정리해서 보내 주시는 것을 추천드립니다. 단, 색감은 저만의 스타일이기 때문에 보정이 불가능하다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 얼굴 또는 몸매 보정에 관해 더 요청하실 사항이 있으시면 주저하지 말고 알려주세요.

Reservation

1. Please make sure to read through all the information and policies carefully before making a reservation.
2. To book a session, please fill out and submit the booking form through the Yoonlorful Snap KakaoTalk channel. If you don’t use KakaoTalk, feel free to reach out via Instagram DM or email, and I’ll send you the form directly. Please send only one message while waiting for my reply - sending multiple messages may change the order of inquiries. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is made via Venmo or Zelle, which I’ll provide after our one-on-one consultation. Please note that bookings are secured in the order of payment, and full payment is required in advance. Once your payment is confirmed, I’ll send you the finalized schedule.
4. Once your schedule is confirmed, I’ll also send you a short pre-shoot questionnaire to better understand your thoughts and vision. It’s a way for me to get a glimpse into your story before we meet — so feel free to share as much as you’d like. I’m genuinely curious about your ideas and personal style, as mentioned earlier. Your responses will be a big help in shaping a session that truly reflects you.
5. On the day of the shoot, we’ll meet about 15 minutes before your scheduled time to go over a few details and get ready together. This short pre-session chat helps us ease into the shoot and feel more comfortable. If needed, this meeting may be skipped due to scheduling conflicts. During this time, we’ll also go over the questionnaire you filled out, so we can talk through your thoughts and vision for the session. It’s a great way to align our ideas before we begin! If you have booked a wedding day session, we would love to meet for about 40 minutes to 1 hour before the wedding day to talk through the shoot and get to know your vision for the day. If schedules do not align, the meeting can also be held through a video call or phone call.

1. 예약 전 모든 안내사항 및 규정을 꼼꼼히 확인해 주시길 바랍니다.
2. 예약은 윤러풀 스냅 카카오톡 채널을 통해 예약 양식을 작성해서 보내주세요. 제가 답장하기 전까지는 메시지는 1번만 보내주세요. 여러 번 보내시면 순서가 바뀔 수도 있습니다.
3. 저와의 1:1 상담 이후에 안내해 드릴 Venmo 또는 Zelle로 입금해 주시면 예약이 확정됩니다. 또한, 입금의 순서에 따라 예약이 확정됩니다. 입금은 전액 선입금으로 진행됩니다. 입금이 확인되고 난 후에 확정된 스케줄을 안내해 드립니다.
4. 확정된 스케줄을 안내해 드림과 동시에 촬영을 위한 고객님들의 생각을 알아보기 위해 설문을 전달해 드릴 예정입니다. 고객님들의 이야기를 촬영 전에 미리 엿보면서 고객님들과의 만남을 기다리기 위함이니 원하시는 만큼 적어 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 위에서 안내한 것처럼 저는 고객님들의 이야기와 곁들어진 취향까지 너무 궁금합니다. 고객님들이 원하시는 촬영 방향성을 정하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 확신합니다.
5. 촬영 당일에는 예약 시간보다 약 15분 정도 먼저 만나 간단한 이야기를 나누며 함께 촬영을 준비합니다. 이 시간은 자연스럽게 긴장을 풀고 편안한 분위기 속에서 촬영을 시작할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 시간이에요. 상황에 따라 일정이 맞지 않을 경우에는 생략될 수도 있습니다. 또한, 미리 작성해 주신 질문지를 함께 보며 촬영에 대한 생각이나 원하는 분위기, 기대하시는 부분들에 대해 이야기 나눌 예정입니다. 촬영 전 서로의 방향을 맞춰 보는 소중한 시간이 될 거예요. 웨딩 데이 스냅을 예약하신 경우에는 촬영 전 약 40분~1시간 정도 따로 만나 웨딩 당일 촬영에 대한 이야기를 나누고, 원하시는 분위기와 전체적인 흐름에 대해 충분히 소통하는 시간을 가지려고 합니다. 만약 일정 조율이 어려운 경우에는 화상 통화 또는 전화 통화를 통해 진행될 수도 있습니다.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel for personal reasons, I will assist you with a refund according to the policy below. Refunds will be processed as follows, based on the number of days before your scheduled session:

• 30 days or more before the scheduled shoot – 100% refund
• 15 to 29 days before the scheduled shoot – 50% refund
• 14 days or less before the scheduled shoot – Non-refundable
• Bookings are non-transferable, but gifting a session to someone else is possible. Please contact me directly for details.
• You may reschedule your session once for free if it's at least 15 days in advance. From the second reschedule, a $200 fee will apply.
• Sessions will proceed as scheduled even on rainy days — shooting with umbrellas in the rain can be quite beautiful and atmospheric!
• If the forecast predicts more than 10mm of rainfall, the session can be rescheduled on the day of or the day before the shoot.
• Let’s communicate closely and find a new date together if needed.

환불규정

개인적인 사유로 인하여 환불을 원하실 경우에는 아래 규정에 따라 환불을 도와드리겠습니다.

1. 촬영일 기준 30일 이전: 100% 환불해 드립니다.
2. 촬영일 기준 15-29일 이전: 50% 환불해 드립니다.
3. 촬영일 기준 14일 이하: 환불이 불가능합니다.

• 촬영권은 양도 불가능합니다. 다만, 선물하시는 것은 가능하시기 때문에 개별 문의 부탁드립니다.
• 촬영 날짜의 변경은 15일 전까지 1회 무료이며, 2회부터는 $200의 추가 비용이 발생합니다.
• 우천 시에도 촬영은 정상적으로 진행됩니다. (우산과 함께 비 오는 날 촬영하는 것도 굉장히 분위기가 좋습니다.)
• 강수량이 10mm 이상으로 예보될 경우에는 촬영 날짜를 당일 또는 전날로 변경이 가능합니다. 저와 소통하면서 다시 날짜를 정해 보아요.
